Fresh from the Start Grower Receives Superior Rating in AIB Food Safety Audit
Emerald Valley Ranches, an exclusive grower of Fresh From the Start Broccoli, has once again achieved a Superior score on our food safety audits conducted by AIB. This is the fourth consecutive year of achieving a Superior score.
In addition to the AIB food safety audit, Emerald Valley has also achieved a certification from the USDA on a Good Agricultural Practices or GAP audit. This type of audit certifies the farm crew on food safety practices and maintaining a food safety environment while harvesting.
