As the 2012 California Spring potato season is upon us, we would like to continue to update you with our progress.

Thanks to ideal weather in Bakersfield California, the potatoes we have harvested already are showing great potential. So far we have Harvested Whites, Reds, and Yellows! The russets are still underground but are already looking like a strong crop. The Russet Harvest should start in the beginning of June. Our reds have a surprising deep red color to them for Edison Valley. With all packing sizes available and ready to be shipped, we are open for business!
